To further improve customer convenience we are be establishing distributorships World Wide.

Most of our customers are in a production environment and need fast and reliable service. For this reason we are seeking full service distributors.

The equipment is very simple to repair and service with most customers being able to perform their repairs on site. We urge the customers to maintain a proper stock of spare parts and lamps (see price list). Polar will maintain a fast support response on technical support questions over the web or fax.

Repairs shipped to Polar Power, Inc in Los Angeles will take at least 10 to 20 days to repair and return. Polar provides a 48 hour repair response as a standard service, time is lost in shipping and customs.

Polar will sell direct to overseas customers until we have a stocking distributor in place.


Requirements for an exclusive distributor are:

Provide high quality customer service.
Sell no other competing products.
Maintain a qualified service technician
Complete all repairs and ship to customer within 48 hours.
Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts.
Meet an annual sales volume.

How to proceed:

Send us information on your proposed venture with us. Include: an estimated sales projection, present product lines and manufacturers represented, sales volume, number of sales persons, present geographical sales territory. Advertising and promotion plan.

Eventually we will request you:

Purchase one or more units for sales demonstrations.
Purchase an initial spare parts inventory.

Whether the distributorship is exclusive or non exclusive will depend of the stocking commitment, territory size, promotion and sales effort, sales commitments, etc.
