The equipment is very simple to repair and service with most customers being able to perform their repairs on site. We urge the customers to maintain a proper stock of spare parts and lamps (see price list). Polar will maintain a fast support response on technical support questions over the web or fax. Repairs shipped to Polar Power, Inc in Los Angeles will take at least 10 to 20 days to repair and return. Polar provides a 48 hour repair response as a standard service, time is lost in shipping and customs. Polar will sell direct to overseas customers until we have a stocking distributor in place.
