Polar first pared its Model 6200 series alternator with this engine; for longer engine life and reliability we replaced the 6200 with the model 3500 alternator.  The 3500 alternator has a much smaller rotor than the 6200 series and therefore more suitable for a 2-bearing engine.

This very small package make installation convenient for many applications. In the near future we will facilitate be fluid cooling the 3500 alternator and this will smaller and more sound attenuated enclosures. Excellent for ultra quite use for in residential neighbor hoods and RV campgrounds.
